We were kinda surprised by the spaciousness and luxury of the hotel. The rooms were clean and had a beautiful balcony view. The wood details throughout the hotel added a nice touch. The location was convenient and the hotel had good facilities, including a snooker table and table football. The hotel staff, although friendly, were not very knowledgeable or helpful. the small size of the hotel made it feel cozy and cute.

Christmas at this hotel was a delightful experience! The cozy rooms were tastefully decorated and had stunning balcony views of the surrounding area. It was the perfect place to wake up to on Christmas morning. The location of the hotel was also excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions and activities. We had a blast exploring the beautiful area and there were plenty of things to do for the whole family. One thing that we absolutely loved was the delicious breakfast that was served each morning. It was a great way to start our day and we never felt hungry afterwards.

There were a couple of aspects that could have been improved. the mattresses were quite old and could definitely use a replacement.

During my Christmas stay, the hotel offered a great value all-inclusive package with decent food and unlimited drinks. the location was superb as it was only a short walk away from the ski slopes and the ski bus. the hotel also had a friendly and welcoming staff that made us feel at home.

The hotel room was disappointing with a poor quality mattress and some minor cleanliness issues.

The central position and spacious rooms were great. The half pension was good value with decent food. Proximity to skiing was convenient. The hotel had fun activities like snooker and table football. The friendly staff made for a homely atmosphere.
